Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using ToruLive (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

■ Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the App between the user and the developer of the App.

■ Article 2 (Conditions for Using YouTube Integration Features)

1. To use the YouTube live streaming features, live streaming must be enabled on the user’s own YouTube account. The user must satisfy the requirements specified by YouTube, including any required phone number verification.

2. This App uses YouTube API Services to provide features including creating, starting and ending live streams, changing privacy settings, and adding videos to playlists.

3. By using the YouTube integration features of this App, the user agrees, in addition to these Terms, to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

4. Use of the YouTube API integration requires OAuth authentication with a Google Account. Based on the settings selected by the user in the App, this App performs the necessary actions on the user’s YouTube account.

5. YouTube integration can be disconnected from the settings in the App. The user may also revoke this App’s access through Google Account security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

■ Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following conduct:

・Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals

・Conduct related to criminal activity

・Conduct that interferes with the operation of the App

・Conduct that infringes the rights of other users or third parties

・Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access

・Unauthorized commercial use of the App

■ Article 4 (Rights to Content)

1. Copyright in videos and highlights created by users through the App belongs to the users.

2. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer.

■ Article 5 (Advertisements and Paid Services)

1. The App may display advertisements provided by third parties.

2. The App may offer certain features as paid services, including subscriptions.

3. The fees and details of paid services will be displayed in the App or on the App Store.

4. Payments for paid services are processed through the App Store, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

■ Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, quality, or functionality of the App.

2. The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the App.

3. The developer assumes no liability for interruption, suspension, termination, or unavailability of the App.

■ Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.

■ Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The developer may change these Terms when deemed necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when posted on this page.
